Hair: The Bun

I've only ever had the perfect bun from the age of 4 to 14 when I did ballet and used 1 can of hairspray and a packet of hair pins to hold it, now the doughnut has been created and the environment and my money saved. But i've never actually gone out and bought one and then the other day my flatmate showed me how to use a sock to do it... genius.

So you just get a sock and cut the end off (got these in a christmas cracker so please excuse the terrible design) and then roll it up from the cut off side first. Then tie your hair in a pony tail with a bobble and then roll the 'doughnut' from the tip down to the bobble. So simple!

(My hairs quite loose in this photo cause my bobbles about to snap)
But you could use hair clips to tie any loose ends and a bit of hairspray to be safe.

Hope everyones having a lovely weekend so far :)

  7. Whoa, that is so simple!
And solves a problem I'm constantly dealing with. Haha, my hair is so thick and unreasonable, it never stays in a good bun for more than 5 minutes. Definitely trying this <3
